一、个人简介:

卢宝山,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,IEEE会员,担任 2025 IEEE ICC TPC成员,受聘为《西安邮电大学学报》青年编委,为IEEE TWC、IEEE TMC、IEEE TCOM、IEEE TVT 等国际权威期刊审稿人。研究聚焦“人工智能赋能的移动边缘计算网络”,围绕智能任务调度与动态算力适配开展系统研究,包括大模型应用、边缘推理、强化学习决策、语义通信、通感算一体化等,推动智能计算与通信网络融合落地。近年来,主持省部级以上项目2项、地厅级项目6项;参与国家级项目1项、省部级以上项目7项,已公开发明专利7项;在 IEEE TWC、IEEE TCOM、IEEE TSP、IEEE TCCN、IEEE TVT 等国际权威SCI期刊发表论文20余篇,包含中科院一区TOP期刊论文5篇、二区7篇。
