1998.09-2005.07 在哈尔滨理工大学学习,分别获得电子材料与元器件和材料物理与化学学士和硕士学位(免试推荐硕士研究生)

2005.09-2006.08留校任电子科学与技术系教师

2006.08-2012.12 在外资半导体与医疗企业Freescale Semiconductor / Fairchild Semiconductor /GE Healthcare 分别担任封装与工艺研发工程师、高级产品工程师、专职六西格玛黑带职位

2012.12-2017.9 在荷兰代尔夫特理工大学(荷兰和北京研发中心)就读,获得博士学位
